Administration Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
To screen information on internet about the security activities (audit security, security services, training services...) of our competitors, customers...for China market and report the information to your manager
To keep up with any governmental regulations (current and new) related to security activities
To create PowerPoint presentations on our security activities, to write operational documents in a clear and structured way
To draft customized sales proposals, to follow-up biddings
To archive all contracts after signature
To do daily administrative work assigned by your manager
Requirements:
Chinese national with very good English
Above 25 years old
At least 2 years of experience in Administration department in multi-national company
Highly organized, responsible, mature, good communication skills
