Senior Architect
Bachelor or Master in Architecture required.
Experience in large-scale, mixed-used design.
Accountable for quality of design and its compatibility with program goals.
Responsible for understanding client objectives and needs.
Responsible for developing documents and construction details.
Guides the project through development process.
Participate and attends all design presentations.
Work close with design principle on all design matters.
Responsible for day-to-day development of program and design issues.
Ensures consistent development of ideas take place so that final results fully represent the client's objectives.
Strong verbal and written English language skills are required, being able to menor and develop junior architects.
Knowledge of Chinese construction practices.
Strong analytical and research, freehand drawing skills.
roficiency in AutoCAD, office software.
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory.
