Leading IT Microsoft Partner looking for F/T Enlish Teacher

We are a leading Chinese IT company with over 4000 employees with offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Wuhan, London, New York, and Seattle. Our specific business unit focuses on Microsoft related projects. Presently, we are looking for a native English teacher to organize a training program and teach English on a full-time basis. Requirements: -Native English speaker -well organized, and independent -creative thinker -high level of resposibility and able to hold a leadership role -teaching experience is an asset but not necessary Job Description: This will be a Training Manager position involving creating an English teaching program. We have ~100 engineers that need to be classified into groups and trained in spoken and written English (with a focus on spoken English). All engineers have satisfactory levels of English right now but simply need an environment to develop their abilities. If you are selected for this position, you will have to evaluate the English skill level of our engineers and create training program that addresses all of their needs.
