VP Finance
Responsibility:
Supervision of the company's financial management:
1. Make up policies to optimize the structure of the capital structure, and provide ample funds for operation and investment activities
2. Organize and build the financial strategy and work planning, then monitor its implementation, to ensure the financial satisfaction to company operation and development
3. Promote the financial system, ensure that the company's development build on the sound and effective financial system, develop and supervision large-scale business improvement projects, significantly improve the company's financial management to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Budget management:
4. Together with various departments to do company's total budget, and report to the decision-making team
5. Promote the guidelines to the operational business and audit, monitor the annualbudget and quarterly adjustments, monitor budget differences, do the accordance adjustment and monthly difference report, take the appropriate measures to control the budget.
Financial risk management:
6. Through the financial risk management, to monitor the financial situation of the company's business, ensure that the accounting, tax returns, financial files, income distribution are meet all the regulations, and supervisor the company's external audit.
Provide financial advice:
7. Assess financial strategy, pre-proposal or adjust financial policies and process, establish and implement the financial cost and profit center,
8. Ensure the accuracy of data, providing financial advice and guidance to got the business goal, supervisor financial policies and process, and provide the proposals and measures to improve efficiency and reduce the market risk.
Cultural building and staff training:
9. According to the company's development strategies and value-oriented, working with financial characteristics, to promote the culture building, create an enabling talent training and selection mechanism, improve the professional standards of financial management,
Requirement:
1. Bachelor or above degree, finance and relevant major, registered accountant or senior accountant at least, CET-6 or above.
2. 7 years or above financial work experience in large enterprises or agencies, at least 3years' management positions in financial division,2+years work experience in game company.
3. Excellent financial management experience, familiar with financial forecast,cost control, accounting and other financial management
4. keen sense of insight and data, excellent financial analysis and internal audit capabilities, strong capabilities to plan and market judgment, and can reduce the risk of operating funds
5. Familiar with the relevant national, taxation, auditing regulations and policies, have practical experience in the operation of capital, comprehensive grasp the legal, management and other aspects' theoretical knowledge.
6. Thinking Ability: Faced very difficult issues, appropriate use of existing concepts, methods, technology and other means to analyze the causes, then identify the most effective solutions.
7. Specification - oriented: Monitoring, error correction, and innovation, enhance existing systems from the overall order of the new system and improve the quality of financial management;
