Position: Director of Product Development
- Overall Clients account management, Sales & Customer service
- Lead and manage Production Development teams, give directions and make decisions on product and quality issues.
- Responsible overall for sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiating, purchasing, order execution and QA of existing and new product categories for the customer.
- Responsible for contract term negotiation, risk reduction & cost control.
- In charges of sales offers to clients, interface with clients directly for their business needs, ensure satisfactory customer services.
- Manage team performance & efficiency, to achieve highest integrity & best productivity.
- Execute projects review meeting at weekly base.
- Report to CEO directly.
Requirements:
- At least five years of management experience in an international trading or manufacturing company.
- University degree in Engineering is beneficial.
- Related experience in industrial supplies,construction materials & Contract manufacturing is beneficial.
- Have deep cultural understanding of quality, style, and branding expectations in N. America or Europe for DIY and Professional hardware supplies, and the ability to make decisions on such details.
- Have thorough understanding of Quality Control Processes, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Exporting of goods to western countries.
- 35 years old +fluent english speaking. (Chinese or Foreigner)
