Customer Service
Duties:
1. Collect clients' comments and assist other colleagues in solving clients' problems.
2. Coordinate with other departments, analyze current working procedure, find out problems and provide solutions.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Customer service experience preferred.
3. Fluent spoken English, native English speakers preferred.
