Consultancy Career in an International Environment

A European consultancy company is looking for highly talented Chinese Consultants in Shanghai to help their clients develop and grow business. You will work with Scandinavian and Northern European clients in China, providing high quality executive search. The responsibilities will cover new business development primarily for existing clients, executive search and project management from a-z, actively participate in relevant business networks, perform candidate search, and manage and participate in client presentations together with talented and professional colleagues. The consultant will report to the Business Director. The position requires a university degree, good business understanding, interest in people, excellent English skills and a strong team spirit and a flexible personality. Working experience in HR or recruitment is required.
