Mr. Lai the operator and designer said that, his idea is very simple, just enjoys the kind of restaurants and the Cafes ,which is conversational, eager exchange of ideas via conversation in the saint Germanic area of Paris, France.Therefore, the style of Chartres regardless of in Taibei or in Shanghai both are different but the same. Site selection, house type, and the customers of each restaurant are different, the design sentiment then naturally moves towards multi-dimensional; But invariable, hope each customer who comes in can feel the happiness of the life, as if here it belongs to each person.That is why it sites the place in which has the constant customer , not the business street.Also is the important attribute that the staff works here joyful.
Chartres own four restaurants in Shanghai now ,serve with Italy cuisine and others .Now we are looking for some service crew .
