§ Experienced in multi-tasking: Interdepartmental coordinating with in 7 departments in the company
§ Establish and updating relationships with PR companies, media & magazines, corporate, Travel agencies
§ Provide emergency onsite support services, assist and support other departments if necessary
§ Managing administrational duties within the event department
§ Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin), Chinese nationality preferred
