Look for Technical Assistant, Event Producer
Responsibilities Include:
A. To assist the Event Producer in planning and producing the live event broadcast in stores around Shanghai.
B. Moving and setting up the event gear before live events starts, including camera, lights, audio, network and event laptop.
C. Assist Event producer in camera operations during events to help the crew team to generate fun and entertaining value, promote sales, and customer trust.
D. Assist the Event producer on the tech aspect of everything connected to the event gear, such as video cameras, still camera, sound mixers, cables, phone and mics, testing and ensuring that all equipment work.
E. Responsible for tech supplies in the office, such as tapes, batteries, and solving day to day tech issues.
Qualifications:
- Generally tech savvy, good a creative problem solving.
- Hard working, independent, takes own initiative and doesn't sit around and wait for instructions but gets things done.
- Hands on, can do attitude and team spirit is a must. We are looking for detail oriented candidates with large sense of responsibility.
- Interest in video/film, experience in the same a great +.
- Able to communicate in basic English.
